We require 30 days notice prior to your monthly anniversay date if you intend to cancel. If your statement has generated you will be required to pay the minimum unless we have on file a cancellation notice 30 days prior to your monthly anniversary date.

All hosting fees are invoiced 15 days prior to your due date and payable in advance. Unless you have contacted billing@prentice-internet.com to make payment arrangements, the following applies:

Late fee of $20.00 for accounts not paid before their due date.

There is no grace period. We reserve the right to remove your account any time after your due date for non payment.

Accounts not renewed without providing 30 days advance notice of intent to cancel will have applied a balance of one quarter (three months) which will be forwarded to collections or we reserve the right to subtract 30 days from your current renewal date resulting in immediate account deactivation. If you have other accounts we reserve the right to suspend service at any time and deduct 90 days from your oldest account to cover the charges associated with non-properly cancelled accounts.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely payments are made with or without having received an invoice. You do not need to have received an invoice to make payment. We will attempt to email you at least once with notice when your domain is due. If you change email addresses you should inform billing otherwise you may miss any important communications from us. If your account has been deleted due to non-payment, a $50.00 reconnection fee will need to be paid plus all monies due to make your account current. You will also need to publish your material again. Resellers billing policies are included in the reseller faq's.

All returned checks not paid by your bank and or credit card declines/chargebacks or retrieval requests will result in a fee of $50.00 assessed to your account.

Placing your order by providing your credit card and/or checking account details is your agreement and authorization for us to deduct the price of your order from your credit card and checking account.

REFUNDS

Prentice Internet does not provide refunds except for new customers only and during the first 30 days after setup.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Prentice Internet will in no way, shape, or form sell your personal information to any 3rd party outside of the registry in charge of securing your domain name and to send you updates. The information we collect is used exclusively by our own staff and your contact information is provided only to the dns registry required for registration of a domain name. Prentice Internet will not be held liable whatsoever for release of this information by said registry. Customer agrees that by having a web site online and available to the world, Prentice Internet may release a customers first name and/or web site address for the exclusive purpose of providing referrals to potential customers wishing references or to showcase at our web site. Any customer may request us not to release any information whatsoever (except to the dns registry) by sending an email to billing@prentice-internet.com or calling 888-366-3389.

Customer agrees that if they participate in our search engine submission service, they will hold Prentice Internet harmless from liability for the release of their contact information or any resulting spam they may receive. If you do not wish to promote your business by providing your name, address, phone number, email address, and web site address then do not request for us to submit your site to the search engines. Customer understands that bulk email programs search out the search engines and directories to obtain email addresses so listing with any directory or search engine will result in increased spam to the customer. If you are unwilling to receive spam then please do not request for us to submit your site to the search engines and directories.
