a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your server space due to
an incompatibility after publishing/uploading your content with our service, you will
receive a full refund (minus setup fees and overage charges) if you cancel your account
within 30 days of account activation. Customers must demonstrate a good faith effort
in attempting to utilize our service. An example of "good faith effort"
would be contacting support for assistance, waiting for dns to be resolving correctly to
your domain name, and allowing us to troubleshoot the problem and following through with
our recommendations without success.
Our refund policy is designed to protect those wanting to try our service
and to ensure it's compatibility with your programs. An example of this would be you are
running a special type shopping cart or perhaps even a specialized bulletin board and want
to ensure it works on our servers. Since most scripts will only run at optimum
performance after dns updates, we simply require you give it a try for two days after the
dns update and if it is still unable to work properly (after of course contacting support
for assistance and implementing any of our suggestions) we will gladly refund your hosting
package cost if you notify us within 30 days.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this
includes but is not limited to POP accounts, Real Audio/Video, Java Chat, E-commerce
services from 3rd party vendors, or anything else we provide for an additional fee above
and beyond the basic hosting costs. Any requests for cancellation must be
received in writing via regular mail or fax. Cancellations over the telephone are
not accepted. Please allow four to six weeks for refund
processing. Since our service is "self-service", meaning you or someone
you know must have the knowledge to upload and/or publish to our servers, we will not
refund for a customers lack of knowledge to upload/publish.
The money back guarantee does not
apply to resold accounts as we are unable to ensure service levels provided by our
resellers to their clients. While we fully support our resellers, we can't
reasonably predict how they interact with their customers. |
